Thank you for shopping at Soothri. We create each piece with care, authenticity, and intention. To maintain quality, fairness, and timely delivery, we follow the policy outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned on this page.
Returns & Exchanges

All purchases at Soothri are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including size, fit, color preference, change of mind, or styling expectations.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size guides, and all details before completing a purchase.
Damage or Defective Product Claims (Rare Case Exception)
In the rare event that a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, you must:

Record a clear, uninterrupted opening video at the time of unboxing (from sealed package opening to full product reveal).

Ensure the video clearly shows:

The shipping label
-
The sealed package being opened

The product condition upon opening

Claims without an uninterrupted opening video will not be eligible for review.

Videos that appear edited, paused, or stitched will be invalid for claim processing.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with the video proof.
Resolution for Approved Claims

Any approved resolution (repair, replacement, or compensation) will be at the sole discretion of Soothri.

Our decision will be final and binding based on the evidence provided.
- If we approved the exchange or replacement product will be shipped and delivered to you within 9-15 working days.
Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellation requests are not permitted.

Each Soothri piece moves quickly into processing to ensure timely delivery.

Since our products are prepared with intention and handled through mindful production cycles, cancellations disrupt the workflow and are therefore not allowed.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only when:

A damage/defect claim is approved after review

A prepaid order cannot be fulfilled by Soothri due to inventory or processing limitations (very rare case)

The package is lost in transit and declared undeliverable by our logistics partner after investigation
Refund Process

Refunds, if approved, will be initiated within 7โ10 business days

The amount will be credited to the original payment source used during order placement

Customers will receive confirmation once the refund is initiated

Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refunded unless the issue is caused by Soothri or our logistics partner.
